Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CyberLift collects when you use our app, website, and ride services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have over your data.

Effective June 3, 2026 Last updated June 3, 2026 Applies to CyberLift Rider App & cyberlift.net
01 — Introduction

Introduction

CyberLift LLC ("CyberLift," "we," "us," or "our") provides on-demand, scheduled, airport, group-tour, and corporate mobility services through our rider app and website. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being clear about the personal information we handle.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you create an account, book or take a ride, contact support, or otherwise interact with our services. By using CyberLift, you agree to the practices described here.

02 — What we collect

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use our services, and information from a limited set of third parties.

Information you provide

  • Account details — name, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Payment information — billing details processed through our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
  • Trip details — pickup and drop-off locations, scheduled times, group size, and any notes or accessibility requests you add to a booking.
  • Communications — messages you send to support, ratings, and feedback.

Information collected automatically

  • Location data — precise and approximate location during use of the app, as described in Section 04.
  • Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and interactions within the app.
  • Trip telemetry — route, distance, duration, and timestamps associated with each ride.
03 — How we use it

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our mobility services, including to:

  • Match you with a vehicle, plan routes, and complete your trips.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Maintain safety, verify accounts, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
  • Send service messages, trip updates, and — where permitted — promotional communications you can opt out of.
  • Analyze usage to improve reliability, coverage, and the rider experience.
04 — Location

Location data

Location is core to a ride service. With your permission, we collect location information from your device to show nearby vehicles, set pickup points, navigate routes, and calculate fares and arrival times.

Your control

You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings. Some features — such as live pickup and accurate ETAs — may not function correctly if location access is turned off.

05 — Sharing

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services and as described below:

  • Safety drivers & operations — the trained safety driver and dispatch team handling your trip receive the details needed to complete it.
  • Service providers — payment processors, mapping and routing providers, cloud hosting, and analytics vendors acting on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of riders, drivers, and the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
06 — SMS

SMS information sharing and disclosure

We primarily use SMS consent and phone numbers for communicating with our customers and responding to their inbound messages. SMS-related information is not shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile opt-in data is shared. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not sell, rent, release, or transfer your SMS consent or phone number to any third party for any third party marketing purposes.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

We may share your information with our service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as marketing, customer services, or technical support. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for services they provide.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users or others.

07 — Retention

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Trip and payment records may be retained for longer periods where required by tax, accounting, or safety regulations.

08 — Security

Data security

We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine review — designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material incidents where required by law.

09 — Your rights

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

  • Access & correction — review and update your account information in the app.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from promotional email or adjust notification preferences in the app.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10 — Cookies

Cookies & tracking

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the app or by email. Your continued use of CyberLift after an update means you accept the revised policy.
